Upon purchase this flat was dark, poorly laid out and in need of total overhaul.

We therefore secured planning permission to add almost 50% more floor space to the property, opening it up by installing 17 steel beams. We then set about hard landscaping the front and rear gardens, creating an impressive outside space that felt substantial despite its small size.
