When we purchased this unique ‘coach house’, it resembled little more than a double storey caravan, with a long driveway and a basement flooded with over a metre of water.

We secured planning permission to add a large extension at ground floor level, which allowed us to create a substantial, lateral, open plan living space, with steps leading down to a media room below.

We then created two bedrooms and two bathrooms at first floor level, with another bedroom suite on the ground floor.

Finally, we clad the building in London stock brick slips and landscaped the garden at the front of the house, creating a stepped outdoor space and off street parking for one car.

This house achieved a record sale price on these roads of almost £1000/sq ft.
